    All rooms have A/C and hot water shower.  Our Deluxe rooms include 2 double beds with quality bedding, private lounge area as well as a private balcony where you can relax & enjoy the rhythm of Tropical life.  Our semi-Deluxe room has one double bed with quality bedding and private sitting area. 


  • Come feel at home in our outdoor common area, chat with other guests while enjoying a cooked breakfast with fresh fruit, and delicious Costa Rican Coffee or a selection of fine Tea.  Relax by our fountain with a cool beverage after a full day of exploring and tropical adventures, or just sit back and be immersed in the sights and sounds of nature... we have many different colorful Birds and Iguanas; you might possibly be entertained by a Troop of Monkeys who occasionally drop by looking for a meal.

Our rates are based on single or double occupancy and does not include local taxes (13%) Add $15 per additional guest sharing the same room.
  • PLEASE NOTE : We do not accept credit cards, however to secure your reservation we only require $75 deposit in advance via the PayPal button
        Send us an e-mail with the dates you would like to book and we will send confirmation of your reservation.
  • Cancellation policy:
  • We provide a full refund of deposit if cancelled 30 days in advance, 1/2 refund if cancelled 29 days to 7 days in advance, no refund if cancellation is less than 7 days.
Please note that our B&B is a restored Spanish Colonial property located near the road to Manuel Antonio National Park which is one of the busiest tourist areas of Costa Rica.  While we have done considerable modifications to update all our rooms with new windows, doors and split-unit A/C, however some guests who are sensitive to noise should be aware of this.
